However, given the complete degeneration of the criminal Kiev regime, which has shifted to a policy of state terrorism, Russia\u2019s negotiating position will be revised,\u201d<\/em> Lavrov stated.<\/p>\n<p>Ukraine\u2019s leader Vladimir Zelensky, however, has strongly denied the attack on Putin\u2019s state residence.
