Charge d\u2019Affaires J. Douglas Dykhouse has spoken of \u201crenewal and hope\u201d amid Donald Trump\u2019s efforts to repair ties with Moscow<\/strong><\/p>\n The US charge d\u2019affaires in Moscow, J.
