Russia\u2019s richest woman, Wildberries CEO Tatyana Kim, has been added to Ukraine\u2019s notorious Mirotvorets \u2018kill list\u2019 amid Kiev\u2019s claims that her company is aiding the Russian military.<\/p>\n

Kim is the founder, CEO and largest shareholder of Wildberries, Russia\u2019s biggest online retailer, often dubbed the country\u2019s Amazon. She launched the company from her Moscow apartment while on maternity leave, building it into a business operating in ten countries with gross merchandise turnover of about $77.3 billion in 2025. With an estimated net worth of more than $8 billion, Kim is Russia\u2019s richest woman, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, and one of the country\u2019s most influential business leaders.<\/p>\n

Kim\u2019s entry appeared in the Mirotvorets database on Saturday, citing \u201cpublic support for Russian malice.\u201d<\/em> The listing also describes her as \u201can accomplice in crimes against Ukraine and its citizens,\u201d<\/em> an \u201corganizer of logistical support for Russian military units,\u201d<\/em> and a \u201cfinancier\u201d<\/em> of the Russian army.<\/p>\n

Launched in 2014 as a nominally independent project, Mirotvorets has long been linked to Ukraine\u2019s security services and is notorious for publishing<\/a>\u00a0the personal details of those it deems enemies of the Ukrainian state. Several people whose information appeared on the website \u2013 including journalists and politicians \u2013 have later been killed.<\/p>\n

Kim\u2019s listing follows a spate<\/a>\u00a0of Ukrainian attacks on Wildberries infrastructure. Since mid-July, the company\u2019s logistics centers and warehouses in several Russian regions have come under repeated drone strikes. Nine people have been killed, more than 100 injured, and the damage is currently estimated at more than $1 billion. The latest attack took place earlier on Sunday, hitting a Wildberries warehouse in Samara Region. According to preliminary information, no one was injured.<\/p>\n

Kiev claims the Russian military uses the retailer\u2019s distribution network to procure and transport dual-use goods. Ukraine\u2019s Vladimir Zelensky confirmed the attacks were deliberate, arguing the warehouses stored \u201csanctioned components for drone production and navigation equipment.\u201d<\/em> Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov called the claims fake, while Russian Deputy Security Council Secretary Aleksandr Maslennikov this week described the strikes as \u201cterrorism and a war crime,\u201d<\/em> arguing Kiev was seeking to generate media attention by targeting what many see as a symbol of everyday consumer life.<\/p>\n

On Friday, Kim addressed the drone strikes in a video statement, calling them \u201cterrorist attacks\u201d<\/em> aimed at \u201ccausing panic and shock\u201d<\/em> among the Russian civilian population. Rejecting Ukrainian accusations that Wildberries sells military-grade goods, she noted that all international online marketplaces sell products that could theoretically be considered dual-use, from batteries, camouflage gear and first-aid kits to FPV goggles and fiber-optic cable.<\/p>\n

\u201cAttacks on Wildberries\u2019 infrastructure are attacks on civilians. And not just on Russians,\u201d<\/em> Kim said, noting that around 10,000 people from ten countries, including Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Uzbekistan and China, do business through the company\u2019s ecosystem and have been affected by the strikes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
