The attack was a \u201cblatant act of terrorism,\u201d Zaporozhye Governor Evgeny Balitsky has said<\/strong><\/p>\n A Ukrainian drone has struck a passenger bus in Russia\u2019s Zaporozhye Region, setting the vehicle ablaze, Governor Evgeny Balitsky has said, adding that all 11 people on board escaped unharmed.<\/p>\n In a post on Telegram, Balitsky said that the attack took place on a road in the Primorsky district on the Black Sea coast, noting that all passengers and two drivers had been evacuated safely. He described the attack as a \u201ctargeted strike on a scheduled passenger bus with civilians on board\u201d<\/em>, \u201ca gross violation of international humanitarian law,\u201d<\/em> and \u201canother war crime by the rabid Kiev terrorists.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n Rodion Miroshnik, who leads the Russian Foreign Ministry mission responsible for tracking Kiev\u2019s war crimes, suggested that the \u201cterrorist acts\u201d<\/em> are aimed at intimidating the local population and undermining connectivity in the region.<\/p>\n
