Ukraine has frequently targeted port infrastructure and energy facilities, as well as tankers and cargo ships.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1246\" data-end=\"1513\">Russia has accused Ukraine of using Western-supplied weapons and equipment, including drones, to target civilians.
